Cholesterol Screening for Cardiac Care
Cholesterol Screening for Diabetic Care
Colorectal Cancer Screening

Members who complete the recommended preventative health screening(s) by December 31, 2010 will be entered into our weekly Healthy Rewards Raffle for an opportunity to win a $100.00 gift card with a choice from over 40 different gift cards such as Macy's, Starbucks, Staples, and Home Depot to name a few, as well as, name recognition on our website.
