USER'S REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

TERMINATION

If you no longer wish to be bound by these Terms of Use, you must cease your access to and use of the Site. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of California, without reference to its conflict of laws provisions. Prospect Medical controls this Site from its offices in San Ramon, California and makes no representation or warranty that the Site is appropriate and available for use in other jurisdictions or locations.

BINDING ARBITRATION

You agree that any controversy, claim, dispute or proceeding involving Prospect Medical and you arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms of Use shall be subject to final and binding arbitration in Orange County, California by Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS) pursuant to its applicable rules then pertaining.

TIME LIMITATIONS ON CLAIMS

You agree that any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or with respect to the Site or these Terms of Use must be commenced within one year after your claim or cause of action arises, or be forever barred, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary.
